So managers,market managers,optical market managers can wear jeans and pretty much dress the way they want but we still have to wear this HOT white coat!!!

Those white coats keep you warm while you sit there and play on ur phone. And flirt wit the losers in photo. Waste of money. Both departments
We have people that lost their jobs. More may be losing theirs and all you have to complain about is wearing jeans and a fricking lab coat.

WOW! With everything going on in regards to associate/manager layoffs and losing their jobs- you want to b--ch about jeans and a lab coat? Although you still have a job for now,some day you may look back at your petty post and realize how ridiculous you seem. Get over it. SMH
One optical associate said they heard they're going to move away from the lab coat to a Sam's optical polo. We'll see.
All of Optical can wear jeans, but they have have to be dark jeans. And we still have to wear a lab coat. If your manager is not, they aren’t following the dress code.
Jeans to me are not a upgrade for dress code. Dress pants are lighter and easier to work in, but that’s just me...
