When will NIKE take a deep look at this organization? So many have left either on their own or been forced out due to the harassment and bullying that occurs within the leadership team. Those who have left or remain will not remain silent until changes occur. Times up.

There’s a tremendous lack of diversity in this group. Senior leadership hires those just like them, often unqualified for the work. Only finding value in people who could navigate the ‘matrix’ internally vs bringing the best value and strategy for the Nike employees. When a new leader was brought in, many of we’re told: you may withstand the purge he will bring, but probably not.
If this is the nickname that WDC team gives itself then morale must be bad. Leadership has its work cut out to change that culture.
