If EA is left alone, and not polluted further with diseased metaling from ES, it will prosper despite MZ. CS at the helm is the best thing to happen to EA in decades!
The best thing for YAWN to do is leave EA the F alone. Get rid of the old queens that are doing nothing and get EA back to the place that had team-centric high morale, and peyton place banging amongst the employees. Let their freak flags fly and I'll bet anyone MGO's overpriced tampon that EA will out perform ES.
From what I understand closing EA was part of MGo's $650 million saving but Ynot has put those plans on the back burner because, as the OP said, he thinks having an East Coast office is important for whatever reason.

I heard he’s changing MOA to MAO to try to curry favor with the chinese government and decrease labor costs.
I heard he's already started recalling the Sproutling wearable and is shutting down that division. Also that he's exploring ways of bringing back the Barbie Shanghai flagship store. This guy really is going to make Mattel great again!
