On the plus side for City of Austin coffers, once the APD gets wind of this they can park an officer strategically and rake in some speeding ticket $$.
Good post. They are saying in 6 months it will calm down.... in 6 months there will be an entirely new bunch of kids given the turnover rate. I bet the residents don't know that. It will never calm down.
