Too many positions and levels of positions at a district and regional level. Need to trim it up. But district staff is getting more and more stores, making their effectiveness less potent. Hopefully the CEO gets ousted soon, along with most of the dinosaur SVP and RVP's. Company needs a fresh outlook. Stop being so blindly loyal to a dying bridal business...don't get rid of it, adjust it. For the love of God change the return policy...like NOW. These hacks treating us as a long term rental need to go. They are not customers we want. And stand behind your stores when they are doing the right thing for the company...it isn't necessary to kiss every customers a-- when they are in the wrong. Bed bath is the next Kmart if it doesn't act now.
