Except for 5G, the plan is to move all engineering to India (cost saving). A new lease for a huge building is being negotiated.

HW developement will all get outsourced through TDC (Taiwan) and remaining orgs will get relocated into 2+ large existing buildings. All other real estate will be auctioned off to the highest bidder - all told, still not close to $1B cost reduction. But they know for certain the shareholders don't have a clue to what's going on. 5G is a pipe dream to get the stock over the $65 price by 2020.
Very true! This has been the reason for so many people being laid off in SJC(High paying jobs being moved to cheaper Geos)
