My club manager is going around talking bad about me to employees and making rumors about me. I have been told the same thing by multiple people. What can I do?

I agree why should a lead have 3 closes every week just so the manager can set in the office and do nothing, thought that’s why they got raises. Makes no sense to use leadership to their advantage cause the managers are lazy.
Call ethics and get statements from others. It’s the only way... if it’s just you calling be prepared for retaliation .
I totally think they need to replace GM's and assistant manager to much favoritism toward some associates in my club. Some Full time associates have monday- Friday morning shifts and weekend off because they have a 2nd job and other full time associates have to have open availability and work all this ugly shift.. one night you closed and the next day you open ughh

I think all club managers do that. Every manager in our club talks and makes fun of associates! Disgusting...
The club manager should never talk about associates to others poor leadership, call the ethics hotline, make sure to get others statements.
