Here's what SF people aren't getting. This isn't all about SF, it's going on across the entire industry and economy. We are losing policies because people are broke, not because they're suddenly deciding to switch to the competition.

I believe ECS took State Farm 10 + years to develop, and cost the company BIG BUCKS... it was a huge waste of time, money, resources. State Farm could have paid for software from a company that does this for a living, but they were to smart, and smug for their own good. When the finished product came out, it looked like a throw back from years ago when technology first started developing, IE Atari vs PlayStation 4. Stupid classes like FISH, phone Dr, classes on what not to say or do, such s--xual harassment, when most of the time it was management from top to bottom level who needed the classes. Justifying their own jobs, for golden parachutes, and telling us in team meetings that they want to "get rid of the SLUGS" - nice way to refer to your employees, and that was from the BIG MOUTH of s section manager. Or spending time having fairs, such as Founders Day, where they would make fun of the competition, and waste time and money, or Halloween where one of the teams all the women dressed as prostitutes, or lets not forget classes where we were given team building tests that had physiological questions which were the same or similar questions for identifying ADHD. My favorite was the fair where lubricant and condoms were given out, this from a company worried about s-xual harassment. Management who did not know what the systems could do or not do, along with thinking they knew who did a great job and who was slacking. Waste your $$ State Farm, it wont be long. Phone monitoring by management, who would put totally wrong notes in regarding a phone call, and then refused to correct their mistakes as it would take too long. BTW demeaning people, monitoring their every move, including bathroom times, etc has cost this company a lot. Unfortunately they are now a BAD NEIGHBOR to customers for poor claims handling, and employees for treating them like dirt!

The economy is as strong as it’s been in a while. We’re losing policies to Progressive and Geico like gangbusters and they’re growing like crazy. So no, not everyone is broke or laying off employees!

The OP posts something that is easily verifiable as false and even doubles down on it, knowing it will generate posts (aka free content for the website) and more traffic, hence more ad revenue.

SF is doing fine. Tipsord just bought 5 new jets. Look it up it’s on the FAA. It boils down to a leader put in charge that has no leadership skills. He is unfaithful to ALL!!!! If you cannot trust a leader I say leave.

Here's a link that shows that layoffs in the U.S. during 2017 were at historic lows, all during a period of time when State Farm was the only insurance company on the top 10 layoffs list.

Wait, the OP said All-state is laying off people? All I could find was an article in the Chicago tribune that said they laid of 500 people last year. 500. If it's more than that, please post a source. Otherwise it pails in comparison to the thousands of people SF laid off last year.
However, I did find THIS article from this year saying that All-State is hiring was SF is laying off.

LOL. This clown tried this nonsense a few weeks ago, claiming lay-offs at Progressive. So I went over there and checked it out and the only post at the time had been MOVED from the State Farm forum to over there.
Seriously, let's see a listing of the following from a reputable source:
1) number of layoffs at SF over the last two years as compared to other insurance companies
2) number of policies lost at SF over the last two years as compared to other insurance companies

You didn't even attempt to broach the "losing policies" question, which was central to your thesis, so I assume you're admitting defeat on that front.
As far as the lame figures you offered for a couple of other insurance companies, they too missed the mark.
Here's an article from 2017 in Time that shows that State Farm was ranked #4 for layoffs. They were the ONLY insurance company on the list:

It's not about people losing jobs it's the fact that state farm is ran by a bunch of morons. They waste so much money on bs example sh--ty commercials I see on every sports channel.
