We r losing policies ie money like crazy. I just don't get it. At this rate we will be insolvent. Customers are saying no to high prices and average or less customer service.

I heard today that Personal Lines Modernization won't be fully implemented until mid 2020. Good Lord, 2 more years until SF has the basic systems needed to process/improve auto sales. We are so far behind our competitors. If your job is safe now...don't get comfortable, the madness won't be ending anytime soon!!!
The company tried to fix what wasn’t broken and now it is broken.
Changes that are to late.
New motto: Treat your customers just as your employer treats you! After all, we were taught since a young age to, "treat others as you want to be treated". But, @ the rate the policyholders are leaving the company, claims reps won't be needed much longer!
