What about the disproportionate laying off of employees over 40!
There were HR investigations way back and what happened? Each got promoted over and over again. There is a Karma! Let’s wait if those who were enabling this get fired as well.
You heard it here first on this site...HR and ER so outta f-ing touch. What does HR/ER actually do... only now when it's 'hip and trendy' to be part of the 'metoo' and 'timesup' movement do they actually do something. SMH.
