You are all being so negative and rude. If you are that unhappy, find another job. The company (or any other that you choose to work for) owes you a paycheck. And you get that. They don’t owe you respect, you earn that. They don’t owe you an explanation of how they choose to run their business. They don’t owe you a new position with the same hours and pay. Think about the way you all look. Go ahead, start calling me names, tell me I’m “drinking the kool aid, whatever! I am a long term associate and I WILL be affected. I just choose not to let it make me a horrible, negative, mean person. I will make my choice when the time comes and not make it into something it is not.

Not everyone agrees with who? Do you think that it's just one person posting? Do you think everyone agrees with you? Doesn't look like it. And I totally agree, you guys, are so far off track. Go on welfare so you can pay my bills? Are you on crack? What are you even talking about? Lol! I've worked my whole life. I don't need you to pay for anything. Not like you could anyway. And no one said anyone owes us anything except Sams Club and they owe us an answer. Quit taking it personally. If you choose to be a chump. DO IT! Again, it's not about YOU. Sam’s Club has idiots like you grabbed by the balls, brainwashed and making you think that there isn’t any other jobs out there. I’m sure you’re happy with your annual 10 cent raise, while there’s other jobs out there that pay triple of what you’re making, with a lot less work and stress. Stop defending a company that doesn’t give a crap about you. No matter how old you are, go out there and find something better and a company that value their employees.
I don't know who you work with but I don't take out my frustrations with this situation on anyone at work or anywhere else. It's a lay off site by the way so if people want to discuss losing their job they probably won't be talking about rainbows and sunshine. They are worried about how to pay the bills if it happens and have been worried about it for months. So so sorry we are not as mature as all these people running thier mouth that are not affected in anyway by whatever decision they make at home office.
Yes, we must be stupid if we are sick of the negativity and are just trying to make the best of a bad situation. No one in your building is making these decision so why do you feel the need to take your hate out on them? Some of us have just decided to ride it out and deal with it when the time comes.
