I see on the front page of the wire the AES survey started yesterday. Not a word has been said about it at my club. Crickets. Guess its not a requirement to have clubs participate anymore? How about your club? Are y'all taking it?

The purpose of that is so the company looks good in the public eye. It is a joke and most wont answer it correctly because they are afraid of retaliation. The moment you log onto the wire to take the damn thing they know who it is. If they really want the truth then the company would find a way where you would not have to log on to the wire to fill it out. Its just like the MM letting clubs know they are coming in. If you really want to know what clubs look like show up out of the blue. Fresh is the worse if they know they have visitors coming they spend a ton of payroll cleaning and getting area ready for the visit.
well of course they know who is who ..you have to log in with your name ad password ..my manager told everybody to take it before we left today ..i didnt and im not going to, whats the point it doesnt do any good..smh
I refuse to take it this year. GM and Co Manager looked at every ones last year and narrowed it down to who we were!!! And of course I was yelled at for my answers. We were always told nobody could find out it was personal but that was BS
Yes it was brought up last week that it starts on 4/16. Already have about 25% of our club done.

AES they don’t give a sh--, they’ll blame it in someone else anyway.
It's pretty pointless because obviously, they don't care but I'm going to take it anyway just for my satisfaction.

If you really want to mess with them leave a bad review on glass door. Don’t even have to lie. Just tell the truth and I’d bet recruiting gets real tough.
