Definitely FAKE expansion.
I doubt the expansion will happen. I don't think Oracle will ever need the space and they are in for a huge fight to expand anyway. Could be fake plans for expansion.
Or maybe oracle will actually crater before all this comes to be. This expansion plan thing sounds like the usual oracle PR BS to make it seem like oracle is a growth company. We all know it isn’t!
Looks like they have a large approval process to go through before they can expand at all.
