Paperless Backroom, what a joke! So you eliminate a few reports, you no longer have a UPS log or back door log. You have a "Miracle Box" (Cuz it'll be an f-ing MIRACLE that you'll be able to find anything) to put your "paperless" receipts in. So now we're going to have a crap load of Miracle boxes in place of all the filing cabinets we had to get rid of! Since we started going "paperless" it looks like we'll be having one box for every 2 weeks! So in a year, we'll have 26 boxes. Good thing we got rid of the filing cabinets!

I did the same thing, HO sent me a charge back, I told them we are paperless and the PO you want has been purged from the system, we no longer research here!!!
The miracle will be if Sam’s can figure out how much shrink they have in about a year or so.

I LOVE my miracle box!!!! Home office emailed me asking me to research something. I responded, I no longer have an organized office. We live out of a box and I am not researching every box to find what you need. Charge us back! What the company wants, the company gets! That box is a miracle!!! And just as the lame video stated, I am no longer overwhelmed with all that filing lmao!!!

Probably very true and everyone knows the Company monitors this site!! That said who really cares , point is the Jike is on the Associates. It just goes on and on. The Company does not respect its workforce , it placates hourly Associates and treats them like they are imbiciles. However, I can assure you , they Market Managers and Above treat Managers 10x worse . They are just a disrespectful unprofessional lot , some unfortunately and they are few, are decent . The rest unqualified, unprofessional and totally ineffective and useless to the Club Manager and his / her Team. Core Leadership Gisele more to the point John , they will not survive the wreckage they have created here. Someone will bail them out. I will leave that judgement to others , not into trashing anyone. The results are obvious and catastrophic for the Company. You do not have to be s Harvard Business Grad to see that. It is going to end very badly. Ask anyone left there. Those left behind will soon envy those who moved on! Believe that fact!

You're right it is a big joke but the joke is on all the associates. Don't think for a second there aren't higher ups on here seeing what everyone is saying. Probably laughing at us while they're sticking a knife in our back.

BJ’s and Costco are simply waiting for the total Capitulation of the East and West Coasts , then the rest will be cleaned up and sold off. Paperless could be so much better. Why even have anything print up if we're going paperless? That should all be able to be pulled up in the computer, there's no need for anything to actually print. Don't make copies, just scan them to a file, done. But they have some bizarre "paperless" system that uses just as much paper as ever.
The video for paperless receiving was comedy. That overweight lady had no clue what she was taking about on any of it.
They continue to eliminate shrink reducing practices and then want answers when it balloons 4x what it used to be and the sales don’t adjust to compensate.

No researching here! Get an email from home office, just ignore it for the 48hrs. Per the video, those emails are few and far between (correct). However, they are usually over 2k a piece. Chump change in the grand scheme of things.

I had to go drop that stupid miracle box out of the steel three times to find receivers for vendors, I'm done with that. If they don't care about the ridiculous decisions they are making I guess I will quit caring!
Yes, one of the stupidest things they ever did. So they think filing took 90% of our time? This is beyond ridiculous. Same with audit. Our audit team lost their position but they are still doing the same jib for a lot less pay. I encourage everyone to email the National Labor Board. This is just wrong.

You're right, definitely not paperless. About 10 minutes of filing alleviated but the miracle box is causing delays when researching issues, not paperless but organizedless.
