Our market manger said he is heading to club support this week for a meeting.. anyone else heard this?

Agreed they don’t care about anyone but themselves. It’s best not to say anything otherwise they look at you as the sh-- disturber. I see so much I just don’t say anything anymore. It’s sad because your opinion used to count in this company. Sams club won’t be around in 10 years possibly 5 years.
Who cares. Our market manager is the biggest idiot out there. He could care less about any associate, and only supports his club managers. Dont open door, because his managers are right, and you will be wrong! I mean, a club manager AND a market manager who allows a front end to run on 10 cashiers an entire holiday season, should not be working in retail. Awful thing is, the entire market was talking about it, and still nothing was ever done.
Yes. The word is they are going to be explained what the Term “ Club Support”
Means... by the way, that is what they are supposed to be!!!!!! They work for the CM, that is the very essence of Servant Leadership.. Reality.. this group believes the CM and his/ her Team are there to wipe their feet on as they trounce through the Club. I have yet to see one who knows how to properly walk a Club 4x4 , focus on or prioritize how to address Day to Day Club issues , and not over react , get flustered or
do something truly stupid and counter productive. They are going to school to learn what it means to be Support. I have walked with them and they do not understand technology , systems how it works. Tell me the last time anyone of them challenged the Cash Office, Personnel, Hiring needs, walked through schedules. They are frankly just incompetent and serve no value added. All they offer is nonsense. Straight pallets and abuse. Save the many Millions!! Get rid of hem. Give the Regionals a real job let them handle the Clubs .
Who cares what they do, or where they go. The more they are away the less Havic they create in the Clubs! They are Useless!!
Be glad ! One day son they will going n a flight and not coming back or there will a number of them gone. Their collective incompetence has killed the Company.

Market management go on meetings all the time. If this stresses you out this much. You should find a new job..... this is not a troll post. Really it is not healthy to be this paranoid and on edge. Someone like me who has vested a dozen years or more can leave easily BC we won’t find lateral pay+Benefits. But few you are only a 1 to a few years and making $11-12 hour. Get out
