Or do they find out the same time everyone does? Just curious if the Directors and Managers already know what is coming today for Bank?

Enterprise plan trumps any Dept plans - which is kept tight. Mgrs are not aware. Directors may not be aware of Enterprise plans- only Dept plans.
The selection of people to be placed in open positions is not done by your immediate management. They have no say and are subject to the same selection process if they opt in.
In my experience (as a cut resource), direct managers do not find out ahead of time. They only know you're a member of an "affected group" and they find out what that means for you at the same time you do.
That's how it worked for me.
In cases where they are shuffling and choosing between which resources to keep, it's a different situation.
By 'ATL out' do you mean eliminated?
Any mention of STL?
DP's video tells us there will definitely be a transition plan. PPSupport not affected at any location. ATL out. Leadership definitely knows much more, but NO one is talking. Scary, unsettling. Godawful is right.
My guess, and it is only a guess, is that directors know who is being cut, managers do not. Managers most likely know scale of impact.
It is too sensitive to let the details go too broadly.
