Was really wishing that things where going to improve with the new CEO. So far, not seeing it. It’s funny how everyone talks about improving culture but all actions taken are making it worse. Actions are louder than words. I would much rather have a stable work environment than a stupid e-card. I would much rather have a pay increase than being publicly recognized. I would much rather have more team members than a overly crowded executive suite. Where is the accountability for the lack of execution in the executive offices?

HELLO S---ERS
Perhaps it is better. We've lost more. We're always going to lose more. However, if the work done by those who care, has impacted results by making the losses less.
Good on you working folks. You're the best antidote to the poorly trained simians in the ivory tower. Treat yourself! Put your excellent work into finding your next job.
Where is the accountability for the lack of execution in the executive offices? If the senior mgmt. were held accountable for their failures then the family would have to admit they failed choosing leaders for their company. Since the family never fails since THEY are rich and wise, their chosen management team has done a great job! Really sad isn't it?
What a chump! Nothing is going to change. It”s the family calling the shots. They are not going to get rid of any of the executives. That would mean they would have to start working. The silver spooners don’t care about what you want. So get over yourself 99 percenter!
