Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

Does HPE now have unlimited FTO?

Carly introduced unlimited sick time, I wonder if the Emperor has included FTO along with it. DXC recently implemented unlimited FTO. I heard only at a max of 2 week increments and depends on "business needs". I expect the Emperor will bring unlimited FTO soon in order to get rid of the Californians who accrue a bunch of FTO's up to the 240 and 280 hour cap.

The true benefit is that when you are laid off they don't have to pay you for unused FTO since you never had any. Pretty clever I say.

Yes, they now have unlimited time off. It's called HPE PointNextWFR. LOL, a good one if I do say so myself...eh?

No, it is still based on years of service (in a few states you can carry over X hours - all other states are use them or lose them at the end of every year) They did add 2 new holidays, starting this year - a second employee choice floating holiday and Veteran's Day.

After HPE lays you off, yes, you can have ALL the Flex Time Off that you want!

...

But then the bills still keep on coming in, so plan ahead! Save some money when you can! And always be looking for a job where you are appreciated and well paid! (It's probably not at HPE for the vast majority).
