So very true, this company keeps wanting to blame employees for lack of sales, yet go into any Advance store on a given day and watch 1-2 people try and handle phone calls, battery installations, CEL checks, wiper blade installs, and returns. The walk in customers simply get tired of waiting and leave to go next door, or across the street to the competition . This company is losing customers and sales because of their own stupidity.
Preach! We can't do ten things at once, which is something those at the top seem to not understand (or they do understand it but simply don't care.) Without actually putting more people back into stores, AAP's days are numbered.
