Sad that the leaders get some direct solid feedback from Glint and stall. Our president has all the results and does not take immediate action. Very surprising. Peter, they will be honest once but don’t cone back and ask again... Don’t just sit there, take action, Take Action. Do something. Xe

Peter Cohen just gave up on them. Another week no action.
They say they care about our voice and that they will put a little stamp next to our comments to tell us we are heard....yet lay off our people over executive mismanagement and messed up financial systems. But I feel better bc I’ve been heard.
Upper management sends out the surveys to give the appearance that they care what you think. It doesn't mean any actions will be taken.
Peter by now you must have read enough Glint. Now what?
They talk about change and what can they do, but nothing seems to be the response. Stop asking if we really feel this way and tuck your tail and leave.
Another week...........
Agreed. Leaders need to realize that the data is real and they need to change or leave. Got to move with change.
What leaders need to do is stop looking at the Glont data and say wow to the low numbers. Then try to spin it that it’s not them and that it must mean something else. If your numbers are low let me be clear, it is you! Are you an IT manager that has been here 20+, it’s you! Are you running a team that has not become changed with the times, it’s you. Are other teams running different then yours, it’s you. It’s you.
Another week of no change.
Our team was thinking the same thing. They get, as the president said, 500 pages of comments and another week of no action.
Peter got pushed out of McGraw Hill. He’s no savior.
Creepy. Surveys just came back... give it a little bit of time.
