YBM and Schedules

I hope they do something to better control these Mgrs & Amgrs abuse of the work schedules.

Changing peoples schedules without any discussion. Giving weekends and holidays to their favorite cronies. Isn't there polices in place to control this type of abuse. Who do we contact to get these

I do our clubs schedule and I'll tell you little hourly pee-ons that it is a pain in my ads to hear all of you b--ch about everything under the sun. Yup we have favorites they are called people that actually get sh-- done!

All the posts about changing schedules is true, sorry full of yourself managers, have some integrity and ask the associates. People deserve to know their schedules more than one day out, seen many managers change without notice after schedules posted.

Who does the market team consist of.....and can the offenders or abusers of the policy be brought into check without someone facing retaliation ,like write ups....they use as weapons

It has nothing to do with long term entitlement. It's called respect. You know, respect for the individual. Schedules are to be done 3 weeks out, time off it to be approved within 7 days. It's called policies. That is why we have them. If a schedule is changed, the associate is to be notified and approve the change. If this isn't happening, go to the market team!

Since they eliminated posted schedules, MGR’s feel they can change schedules at random. Just check WM1 app 24 hours before

to see when you are scheduled.

But heaven forbid they approve your request for time off within

7 days of your submission. The days of having a schedule that gives you a balance between family and

work time is eroding. This is retail
