A lot of failed guys from Avaya joined BXB center and made their puppets in far east Bangalore. They have all fancy titles of VP, Director, Sr. Manager, blah, blah... and lead by showing other down. They have only burned cash in the past by spending on forming scrum master organization, etc, who are merely sitting and preparing excels.
These guys including the product managers have a got a lot of bonus, travel throughout and have the full safety of their jobs on the cost of others.
What about L2 Managers and Directors list ? They consider themselves the company itself. None have been removed anytime.

Cisco spends a lot on duplicate work. There is a separate Scrum Master Organization that do not do any technical work, but duplicate the work of manager. No other company spends on such a waste. These Masters have lot of free time to do gossips about the employees. The leaders (managers, Sr. manager, Director) will never be layed-off and can easily change their title to survive. Sad state of company.
