Now stores are telling us to process post paid account and convert to Pre paid account. Where is the code of conduct with this company. Oh my god

Post to pre is to go under code enc, this is not a commissionable sale, check the m&p,a rep in our store was written up for this.

You can definitely still do a post to pre if you leave your codes in. You get 100 percent of the plan to your bucket and a new line. Yes the store doesn't get it a new line but we are saving customers from switching anyway we should get paid

The new pos system on the reps tablets in the stores is just plain crazy, there is no ryme or reason why it changed again. These changes are done by people who never worked in a store , they have made a payment for a prepaid customer almost an impossible task. Just leave it alone!

Work in a store. Our key holder who is our top smb SS was saying do it and get paid. A while back company said stores cant process post to pre only telesales can process them. But SS are still doing them in stores.

Post to Pre is absolutely commissionable if you use your sales code. It is only non-commissionable if done under enc which is what you are supposed to do. I see reps do tons of post to pre for the past for years without ever getting in trouble.

Postpay to Prepay is a non commissionable sale. Converting these does nothing for the store results. Are you working in a call center? The store is probably just pushing the customer to call care to avoid doing it.
