I'm really sick of everyone thinking they do more than anyone else! Every associates job is difficult and important. One person is no better than the other!
Direction was for the last 3 years the cos was over the desk not the marketing lead. Everyone points fingers but they don't know what they are talking about. There is accountability in every job. Do you think it is easy making appointments working new leads etc. Maybe you should give it a try.You take a job by choice if you don't like your responsibilities step down from that mss title.
I agree what has marketing done except set up stairs during busy time. At our club can’t even get them to come to the service desk to help.

Think about what you are saying! Do you actually think marketing lead will work weekends and nights. How will they lead the front end on 8-4:30 Monday to Friday totally impossible. It literally ubsurb to think it can be done. The marketing lead Can’t even get their desk under control. Ever sense marketing took over the desk their numbers have been on a steady decline.

Wow people haters by you hating isn’t gonna save your positions. As a matter fact you have no ideal what a lead does. We are mistreated used get sh-- hours. I only got .40 cents, if I step down now they wanna take 10% of my pay away. So tell me again why your a hater, did you get passed over for the position.
MSS Lead is a wasted TL position anyways. Just an overpaid MSS.

You can always apply for cart guy or maintenance. Those are always needed
Guess you will need to apply for a cashiers position.
Where is the Front End Lead going?
Not necessarily you will need to reapply, they want the best of the best.
