Tomorrow all clubs will receive a tool kit explaining the new managers roles and the department each one is over. In this tool kit it will also layout the lead structure. This should clear up the Membership lead role as we being told they will become the front end Membership experience lead.

Would love to see this "tool kit" cause it has not been seen or spoke of in my club. Let's all just keep in mind if things are changing we will know when we are told by our own club manager. Just keep doing your job like normal. This site is just rumors.
I was told No this is not happening they can’t eliminate your position then turn around and give it to someone else. The marketing lead is going away it’s their job that is no more.
What is this talk about combining miss and Mtl role as the member experience manager? I thought the member experience manager would have to be an assistant manager. Can someone provide some insight?
so Monday has come and gone nothing said about marketing team lead or mss.
My club manager didn't speak of this today. Maybe it will come out later today? I wonder if they would make me another MSS if they got rid of our TL role.

I do see this happening they combined two managers into one so why wouldn't team leads be combined as well. Also, with the company going to one base level membership it adds up. Nothing for leads to sell in field anymore. Savings/Business being combined is a fact. On the wire already. But the lead changing is just speculation now. I guess we will know Monday?
Nothing has been said other than a packet is coming Monday, they said on the call no other associates are being displaced for now. This is all they said. Quit acting like people know more than they do or they may stop posting all together.

Our club already knows the we’re allowed to tell us Friday.
My manager told me that February 5th was the day they would tell the associates what is happening regarding the management roles....
So members desk is taking over the front end?
