Your raise should take effect on your March 8th paycheck. Same check as Sam$hare and one time tax bonus

We were told at 6307 that the raise would be issued on the 13th of this month. Your manager is supposed to talk to the associate about it and it's supposed to be 2% like last year.
The paystub dated 02/08/2018 that just became available on the WalmartOne has no raise at all! Did they do away with the two percent raise and neglect to tell us? February 1 and 2 are in the new fiscal year and in that pay period, yet no raise.
As a manager I have been voicing my opinion on that when it started a couple years ago. Already told them if you keep treating our good ones the same as the bad ones that you eventually won't have any good ones any more. Your top employees should be compensated alot more than any 2% without them we cant get all the stuff completed.
You will get a huge raise of 2% . That’s right Sam’s club if you out work,and over achieve you get the same amount as the guy on his way out that doesn’t care .
That’s a huge incentive to do more. It’s a huge incentive to show up to work on time.
