I was told by a club manager that the market team and membership lead was safe. Do I believe?

I was told in July 2017 that my accounting lead position was safe....2 months later it was eliminated.......you can't always believe what you're told at club level.....because they don't know for sure until word comes down.

Club level management does not know of any positions being eliminated until they occur. This site is full of rumors take it with a grain of salt. If you walk around all day long blind to what is going on inside your Club then yes it'll be a big shock if things turn out differently for you. Continue to do your job to the fullest because you don't know if it will be gone today or 10 years from now. Wouldn't you feel like a fool if you didn't give your fullest and your job was not eliminated and someone else that was giving their fullest did get eliminated. Would you feel guilty?
Here's another question for you if your pay raise was based on your performance and production would you get the max or would you even get one? The new pain Scale is unjustified for those that work hard and those that don't work hard enough to be there.
why would any mgr make such a bold statement. they actually don’t know, some think they have an inside hot line of knowledge but they don’t. it’s more their ego thinking they are “in the know”.

Meeting next Thursday with Market Managers
Supposedly Gisel (coo) told all the Market Managers that there will be No more changes for this year.... take that with a grain of salt
