I see posts where managers are bashing hourly associates and hourly associates blaming managers for this,that and everything else. This is not WHO WE ARE. We are better than this!!! Let's be supportive. inspiring, helpful,kind. This site should be where we seek information and be supportive. If it's going to turn into a bunch of trash talk, I and I hope others wont even bother with this site anymore. What does that solve? Really...what a damn shame. Over this negativity!!
