Any news on what is going to happen to optical?

Optical managers are already basically team leads, we are hourly and are always in the middle between our district and club manager when it comes to decisions and moving pallets etc etc. As long as I still have a job as a “team lead” and get no pay cut it’s okay with me.

No word on the market manager position for now
So does this mean the optical market manager position will be eliminated?
They are getting rid of the optical manager title and changing it to a team lead position. This change will come in April
