Bonus payout structures are posted on wire so they are hardly secretariat
Nothing is stopping anyone from joining the management ranks and received a bigger bonus if they want the headaches that management has. WM/Sam’s is one of few companies that does not require a college degree to climb the ladder. I know several CMs that started as cart pushers and cashiers....
To be honest the way these Sam Share bonus go out, the leads should get more than a full time associate. Scale should go: GM > Asst Managers > TL's > Associates.

Sam$hare is supposed to be distributed on March 8th this year. If I quit or was terminated in November, am I still eligible to receive it?
These are not secrets. The GM bonus is nearly their annual salary if they run a good club.
Are y'all serious it's not hard if your club is run well. We are getting a little over $3,000 this year. My club manager is eager to get a bonus just like us. She's great with helping, letting us make our own merchandising decisions, giving us everything we need to be successful. If you don't know sams share max is $3,250 then I guess that's why your not getting it. No communication in your club.
Our club will be lucky to get 500 they make it do damn hard to achieve the maximum.
Lol no it is not. It has been raised to $2900 this year joe hourlys. That being said. My club has gotten (in the last three years). ~$300 and ~$500

Wow someone sure has eaten some sour grapes! AP manager with a bad attitude. You are painting a lot of people with a pretty wide brush and that’s wrong. It would be the same as if hourlies said the same about all managers. Just like there are bad managers there are bad associates but not all are bad. And honestly I’ve seen and heard some pretty shady stuff being done by managers. And y’all don’t seem to know who to push out and who to keep. I’ve seen some of the best associates get pushed out by managers associates who always stayed busy and were always willing to help where ever they were needed and I’ve seen the sorry associates who do nothing hide out to avoid do any work and rarely come to work when they are supposed to making everyone else job harder get to stay and be favored. So you can stop with being ugly on here it really isn’t very becoming.

If that surprises you. Wait till you find out what your CM gets.... as high as 80-120% My CM couple years ago got $65,000 bonus

Hourlies are sh-- btw.
ASM bonus is 15% salary. Why shouldn't they get a bigger bonus. Do you honestly think we as hourly associates should get a bigger bonus. Moron
