Truly hoping the ‘powers that be’ step up with regard to communication. The lack of transparency is only feeding the rumor mill and damaging any remaining trust.
If we are ‘all in this together’ and treating Enbridge as ‘our own company’ by looking for ways to move forward, please include us in the process. This aligns with respect and integrity. And will hopefully help us keep safety on our minds.
The problem with Enbridge is the lack of transparency and communication. it's so messed up that the letting go of some of your coworkers was not communicated to the whole team. Lack of communication will destroy Enbridge. There are so many at corporate that will sell their integrity and dignity for a place at the table. Shame on you. Enbridge has lost so many talented people and will continue to lose more people. On a high note, there is life after Enbridge.
