I started with the company back in 2010 got a job cleaning toliets and worked my way up. I worked all the way up to become an AM, I'm pretty sure my experience is one of those Cinderella stories or started at the bottom or whatever I could literally be the poster child for the propaganda they push about career opportunities. Idk what they saw in me. I'm a nice guy who does what he's told I guess. MIT was a joke I got one day of training then thrown to the wolves. I was offered an AM job and then I got a taste of how sickening this company is. 20+ year associates feel entitled to not gave to work hard. Leads are worthless because when it comes down to the wire they flake out and push the problem onto a manager.
I could go on and on about the Integrity issues amongst hourlies and management and nobody cares.
I did not loose my job this week and I wish I did because I feel like I'm being set up to fail so that whoever my CM wants they will get.
The money is not worth it. The experience isn't worth it.
For god sakes I was voted to go to shareholders a few years ago and even got a shutout from home office for member service excellence.
And it still did not detur me from seeing the truth behind the lies. This is a corrupt company that does not care at all what happens.
So for those hourlies b--ching on here about managers all I have to say is you guys are the real problem. You guys always have an easy out on Fridays "oh I can't stay and help because I'll go over hours" f---ing classic move guys! Really believable when your telling that to the one who puts all of you down for 37.5 hours so I could coach you just for going over that so stop your b--ching you guys have it literally so easy. I literally feel like I am a special needs assistant working with all of these incompetent people who are much older than I am.
