Im 20plus years at Sams and my brother in law over 20 at Wal-mart. He has informed me that all lead positions will interviewed for.

Our MM likes to talk a lot but even he hasn’t said anything to my GM about TLs and hourly associates at Sam’s Club. Talked before the manager restructure and the closing. Not saying it won’t happen, but this dude has a steady track record of spilling the beans early lol.
