Because my CM wouldn't coach any of his managers we are stuck with them. He refused to coach certain mangers that should have been gone yrs ago. When you have the same mrkt mgr and cm for 7-10 yrs and the management team has been there since the club opened there is no fairness. Just groupies with the managers and ptc covering their butts. There was a time over 20 yrs ago that it was mandatory to move to different clubs every 12-18 months. They should go back to that

Yes that’s true if you were a favorite you did get the best shifts. When questioned they would tell you I don’t mess with schedules it’s optimized bs. I started taking copies optimized my a-- they change it. After awhile I said nothing cause it got worse after I questioned authority. Totally agree AM should be moved every 18 months.
Agreed! The groupie gang is gone at my club! Thank GOD! It was like a secret society. They'd all been there for years, and did special favors for the hand full of associates that they liked, and let them get away with murder. The old managers pets are about to be in for a RUDE awakening. You actually have to do your job, and. I more verbal schedule agreements, fill out your form or find a new job. Not fair to everyone else.
