While I am still employed the decision to let managers go was a more personal than facts.
Yes managers were long term
No coaching
Were not yes men to market managers
Clubs without experience, managers are calling me to find out how to do stuff, when the experience was let go.
Worst of all managers who were lazy worthless and with ethics violations coaching active stayed in there job.
Yes HOME OFFICE and Market Managers you have destroyed this region..
Yes they see this, it is someone’s job to report back to HO....
NO they don’t care
Could be a number of Markets , but this is not the Forum for this. If you have legitimate concerns use the proper channels. However what's done is done. Move on with your lives just easier. Their turn is coming Trust in God, let him do his work. God Bless all of the Managers who gave all, take care of yourselves and your families. You will see better days!
Must be market 34. MM obviously has no ethics and has proven repeatedly he doesn't care how the managers treat the associates. He got rid of the managers that actually worked and gave a crap
