1 - Does the CM like you - YES or NO.
2 - Are you connected with the market team - YES or NO.
3 - Do you know what shape a apple is - YES or NO.
If you scored 2 our of 3 you have a chance.
those requirements are for the mrkts that are using them I know they are not. We got a frsh mgr with little experience but since they were someone's boy and manager is afraid of someone coming in from somewhere else he was able to pull off another unfair coo. So if you like to kiss you know what I guess you're in

When it comes to Fresh you must know how to manage people and develop them into a strong team and educate them on best practices around sales, production, inventory management, planning and supply budgets. Quality control of product and pricing is important to maintain a healthy and profitable department.
1) if your FAM is working nonstop they need to get a better team around them because they should not be working more than any other manager even with the high priority it has...
2) With two FAMs that means the job will be that much easier and less stressful.
3) The requirement is 2 years of fresh experience and 2 years of supervisory experience I believe. (Preferred requirements also include 2 years of P and L management).
4) Fresh Manager has the more requirements than the other AMs.
This is so true our fresh manager in 3am and there throughout the evening during holidays. This manager worked her a-- off and I believe is safe probably put in over 100 hours each week. Sad but this is what they require these days. The CEO’s I bet out every day at 5 if not before. Should be a law where companies can’t abuse management #theyhavelives2
