I was displaced today because i had 2 coachings was the reason I was given. I was an over night manager. Way way way to much stress I can only take an hourly spot now.

I can't speak for your team.. but our Night manager was displaced yesterday as well. He was the Father figure of our overnights family and morale is pretty much ROCK BOTTOM because of this. Worst of all we gotta wait to see what kind of soul s---ing fresh out of college know it all with no real world experience they give us to replace him.
were you given a reason for being displaced? (person with no coachings?)

I was “displaced” and I had no coachings nor was I given the offer of another position.
Sorry this is happening to you and so many others. This company does not deserve anyone's business anymore.
