not sure how true this is but was hinted that coaches will know who is getting RIF and they have to follow the exact guidelines or they will get terminated immediately. They can't hint or give clues cause if they are found out they are immediately let go. Possibly to do coach notification vs large meeting to alert those impacted. There are evaluations that were done on ALL HAH staff including coaches, COMS etc. Those all went to HR for a process of determination of who will be let go.
You can not tell me that productivity is not a factor, it is probably a huge factor.Heaven help those who were on FMLA or illness or what ever....
