No more APMs I gt laid off after 15 yrs did not get offered new grocery safety compliance manager position. Would not have taken it I am done with this company.

Same. I loved working in AP and considered myself a dedicated APM. My shrink results from my inventories spoke for themselves. Countless investigations, working my butt off to protect and benefit this company. And then I'm suddenly let go yesterday?! It's like a slap in the face.
What was the base of the discussion? Do you think they looked up each managers file before hand to make the decision or was it on the spot? I’m sorry you lost your job.
