Every assistant manager role is going to be evaluated and assigned to a new role based on their qualifications and performance. The market manager and club manager will decide where you go. If you are not selected you will be displaced.

Club Managers have no say so in the decisions that were made it was the Market Managers feed back along with operations at home office, along with the survey you took a few months ago, coachings will play a big part in the decision as well as your job performance, minimum requirements for some positions and preferred qualifications for fresh. They want experienced people in fresh because that is our future and profit maker these days. The company has spent a lot of money educating and investing in fresh and they need a big pay out on it. Market managers are having one on ones with each manager and if you are selected they will tell you your new role and if you don’t except it you will be let go, if you are displaced because you do not meet the requirements or have a poor performance you will be displaced and given 60 days to find a job else where in the company and will be allowed to leave for the day not escorted out.

Does this include APMS? Or is that position going away?
MM will come to each club and have 1 on 1s will all managers including the club managers. All decisions have been made and the CMs were not included with the decision making last week. As an ASM I am concerned that my CM was not including more in this process. This is so crazy that my fate is based on decisions made from leaders I barely see.

True. The Market Manager will be coming to each club this week. The MM and CM will go over each managers experience, performance, evaluation and get assigned to a unknown new assistant management position. If the assistant is not selected they will be displaced.
