Comcast has its own CA solutions, pal. And looks like Comcast will have its own solutions to replace Tivo completely, sooner or later.
What Cisco can do is waste another 5B to buy Comcast CA business then ruin it.

Also you clearly don;t understand that alot of components used in products like Tivo and NDS include routers, switches, RF gateways UCS hardware all components that drive Cisco profits. Without the Tivo's Comcast, NDS of the worlds pushing Cisco components bottom line would not be so shiny
