Multistate licenesure

Wonder if they are taking into consideration the nurses that are multi state licensed now or does it even matter?

well if compact license is a big deal, Ill be history, I live in a non compact state, but from what I was told Humana was going to keep " talent", meaning high producers, and those that make bigger contributions to the team/ organization. Licenses can always be obtained, apparently the CT is making some nurses get licensed for all 50 states.

I used to feel like my compact license made me safer (Not safe, just a little safer) but now that most states are joining the new compact I don't think it really matters much. Most of us are in compact states now, so I doubt that will have much bearing in the end

It matters, it's just cost effective.

Yes it matters. They want compact licensed RNs for sure. Our coach told us that
