Just a shuffling of the deck. No major firings or "retirements."
Let's face it - if you've been with GE for 15+ years and are a high-level executive, odds are that you are part of why GE is in the state it is. You either saw something and didn't speak up, or you actively kicked the can down the road or toplined estimates or hid bad news.
What org announcement are you referring to? What or who changed?
