All these people that came from the fresh market last year who became fresh market managers are useless they have no concept of the volume we do compared to that little franchise grocery store. I seen a lot of poor execution and very little communication during the holidays. I hope Kyle was paying close attention to there performance because we need to do better this year.

our frsh mrkt mgr has never been on top of his game. our t/l know more than he does hope they get rid of some of them and he's one of them

Hourly dept mgrs? Boy does that take us back 20 years. Someone always tryin to reinvent the wheel then you end up where you were 20 years ago.... 😂
Getting rid of team lead positions. Adding a manager then getting rid of 3 assosiates.
That would be such a waste of money!
Used to be two back in the day...one for meat and one for bakery.
