Or when we might be released from duties? I'm finding it get difficult to continue calling my members after basically being told that my job is not beneficial. Side note: my heart really goes out to HCM-RNs and HCM-SSs (And all other departments) that were told they could potentially be laid off, and now have to wait and wonder, "is it me?" As a PHC, at least I know my fate. The waiting and wondering is the worst.

The 2 personal holidays were just added as a benefit in 2018. They are not considered PTO and neither is the volunteer time off. Use it now or lose it, if you're a PHC. It stands to reason they will give us early release because we no longer matter to them and our members will go to monitored.
To clarify those of us that were impacted in November received our official notification on a Tuesday night with a meeting on WED. we were then officially let go on November 22nd... In between that tie we were allowed to use PTO and VTO... Many of us were stressed so we used a PTO day just to cope. Good Luck!
The two personal holidays we have, are they listed in our PTO balance or are they separate like VTO?
@RoZW3Cm-mnf Think about what you are saying. If during the 60 period you are expected to work then yes. you will be able to use PTO and VTO. However. If as in previous layoffs you get released early, why would you use any PTO? You would be giving money away. Use your VTO and Personal days before they stop you working.
The last poster is correct use you vto and personal holidays now or it will be lost.
Not true your coach is misleading... use your VTO and personal holidays now because once layoffs are officially announced you won’t the opportunity to use it during the 60 day notice
They have laid off two days prior to reporting their earnings. They report the next quarterly earnings on February 8th so my guess is the 6th.
This is hilarious and can’t belive I’m even entertaining this but I know for 1000% percent certainty when the layoffs occurred. Again, all have occurred on a Thursday except for one. This was all with HAH so maybe your in a different department that was laid off. Anyways, who really cares and what does it matter anyways?
Um, no, I was in round 2. I was told on a Wednesday. Round 3, also a Wednesday. Round 4 was a Thursday but according to my coach was done almost a week earlier than planned.
All but one of the last four rounds of layoffs have occurred on a Thursday. The first two rounds the notices were sent out on a Thursday morning and the third round was a Tuesday and the email was sent the afternoon before. The most recent round the email was sent on a Wednesday for the meeting on a Thursday. Not that it really matters..
Prior layoffs here have never occurred on a Friday. They are almost always on Wednesday

Just going by prior layoffs. Friday’s so people are leaving for the weekend and they don’t have to deal with angry people. But whatever. Hope it’s sooner than later. I just want to know at this point.
Should say below post I am a PHC. We know we're history. No sense keeping us around long after notice. Our members will be to graduation automatically.
Agree with below poster. Probably Tuesday or Wednesday email notice. Our team was advised to use those personal holidays by 2/5 in case we get released shortly after notice.
They never do this on a Friday. Typically the confidential email invites go out on Tuesday around 4 or 5pm for a Wednesday morning meeting. Only one time did they stray from this. They scrambled last time because folks got notice of their severance paperwork shipping via UPS. Someone in HR messed up

They’re saying first week of Feb, they typically do this stuff on a Friday but I’m hearing it may be the 5th. I agree, it’s hard to work with any kind of motivation. I’m an HCM-RN and I think that those who do not get laid off will not have it great. Sicker members, more demands, increased metrics? I’m more interested in getting severance and getting out but I’m curious to the conditions of that. Good luck to everyone whether you want to stay, or go.
