Hi it’s me again! Yes me the 28 year maint guy with a healthy 401k that posted about change a couple months ago and got some of you all riled up
Ive continued to read through this board and I do feel bad and it s---s that people lost their jobs . But 90% if you just ramble on about being owed something or “How dare they make these changes and not tell us beforehand” . If we all had performed at the level that some of you whine our company wouldn’t get the poor customer service scores we get.
Come to grips with the fact it’s going to change as Amazon is the Deathstar and we’re trying to fight them off.
I submit to you some light reading in hopes that it can at least make a couple of you get it.
