I guess we are able to say now. No bonus will be given this year. We normally know how much by now, and nothing to be heard.

So, let me get this straight, we still get a bonus when we don’t meet corporate objectives? Does that mean we can stop coming to work and still get paid? Sweet!

Wait! He can't have sent an email saying we are getting a bonus. The Cheerios guy said we were not getting a raise. I always believe EVERYTHING cheerios guy tells us.

Let's all quit together now that we know there are no bonuses!! I say we go to Extraction. Sure their stock has plummeted 39% in one year even though the price of oil has gone up 25% in the same period. But it's got to be a safer bet than this no bonus (ignore the emails saying there will be bonuses) giving top rated workplaces by Forbes company.
Definitely NO bonuses for ANYONE!!!!! I know a guy that knows a guy that was in an elevator with a guy that went to Subway with a woman that went to high school with a guy who is married to a woman. That woman had a dream. And in the dream it was confirmed...no bonuses for anyone this year. Disregard anything you hear contrary to this. Also, I know for a fact Noble is about to acquire both BP and Exxon. I saw it clear as day in in my bowl of Cheerios this morning. Cheerios never lie.
That email about profit sharing should be coming. Wasn’t it March 24th or 26 last year? That’s a given we will receive. The bonus monies are not.
Do you all think a lot of folks will be leaving after bonus is paid.

This is not official, but an educated guess based on previous bonuses. the week of February 5th you should know about your bonus, the following Friday you should get it on your pay check... hang tight...

Sure, there’ll be a bonus. They set the new targets low enough. What about the old targets though? Isn’t Noble supposed to be a $70 billion company by now? Oops!!! Let’s not reminder ourselves of those ill conceived notions! Better to breath a sigh and be thankful oil has returned to the mid $60s. Blessed be the gods of oil. Oh well, who’s cares anyway? No accountability here. DS and KS will be happy to turn a blind eye and repeat their past sins. Yeah... expect a bonus.

If you’re smart you’ll get your bonus and get the hell out of this poorly run company that has laid- off more people than five other similar sized companies together. Why would anyone stay with this loser outfit?
Bonuses will be paid in mid February. Managers will be told how much about a week before that.
Last year was 140% of target. If this year it’s greater, that would be nice.
We’re not getting bonuses this year you idiots. Don’t go buying crap you can’t afford with money you don’t have, even though that seems to be the American way these days.
Last year's bonuses were paid out on Feb 17th. It's usually the 2nd paycheck in Feb. So 3 more weeks. Also, it's paid on the same day as your normal paycheck, but in a separate payroll stub. No one around the office has talked about a bonus, it's like Taboo for some reason. I don't usually get the talk and paper from the manager till about a week before it's given out. Like one person said. There would be an immediate exodus of people if the company didn't at least give out something. Plus from the last quarterly meeting, it looks like Noble will hit all or nearly all of it's targets. It looked on track to being better than the 2017 goals.

I was told they are in the works and they will be given, not sure of amount. No bonuses would mean a huge exodus!!!

Far from a TROLL! We get the check the first check of February. Also, by now for the past many years. I was told over a week ago, how much it would be. Thank you and drive around.

Maybe only Mgrs or Directors on up are getting all of the bonus pool. After all, if you ask them they make the company what it is, or in this case maybe what it's not.
