They are looking for the scared which will give a good review. They then will show this as a trending up. Real leaders address the issues, investors look for quotable comments. Visionaries share all the data with everyone and improve as a collective. Which do you think we will get??

I remember getting a survey after my position was eliminated. They asked how long I planned to stay with the company....
Another survey where they don’t change anything. More waste and inefficiency!
I would have given a zero if it were an option. I filled it out honestly. I cannot get fired for it as I dont have a DM on file. Though, if they did, talk about a retaliation lawsuit!!
