I wasn't worried about my job until the last Town Hall Meeting. I work with CICO and our work comes from HAH. The writing is on the wall. If HAH is being eliminated or reduced in size, how will my department fit into the picture? I doubt this will be the last layoff so I guess I better start looking for a job or maybe I will just ride it out and see what happens. So much for transparency. I have a family to support. We all have families and responsibilities. It sure would be nice to know what the end result of all the layoffs will be.

Personally I would prepare. PHC here that made it through 4 rounds of layoffs only to now have Live Healthy close on us. We spoke about the writing on the wall for months, but always were encouraged by false hopes & assurances. If you think it’s coming it probably is.
