Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Didn’t MF say the last RIFs were done by an outside consulting firm? Was a point in time assessment done on them?

What is the look back period for the point in time assessment?

When MF said the outside Boston consulting firm did the selection for the RIF , have the coaches actually been doing these assessments quarterly for the layoffs and were more part of the process than MF said?

@Rk5ilpR-gjl My friend is an RN (telephonic ) with Cigna and at least in her dept ( not sure elsewhere in the company) they do not record their phone calls.

yes coaches were given assessment tool to complete - and based on that assessment is how the supposed outside firm recommended who got laid off. MF is dishonest - he ruined the pharmacy program and workers in the pharmacy part - he completely ruined the HAH program - in fact an upper management person agreed with me when I said when will the upper management realize that MF is ruining the company and the HAH program. It is a shame that employees have been treated so poorly but also the members who have been bounced around and not able to receive the guidance and help from the PHC's etc. MF will ruin the new department he is in now- how long will Humana continue to survive with all of MF freakish, unrealistic ideas?

If employeed by Humana, EVERYTHING we do is scrutinized. I have never seen anything like it before. Are othe companies like this?

I feel like the bottom line is there is an assessment which has been no secret. Coaches assess you all the time. So does the com. The director and so on. And hr does their thing.

A poster in another thread said it is untrue that an outside firm was doing the evaluations. That poster said that coaches were given an assessment tool to complete that was created by an outside firm. If that poster's claim is true, then it only supports the fact that MF was dishonest. Not that it matters now because he moved to another position in the company outside of HAH and no longer has to be accountable for what he told HAH associates last year.
